Vacation Bible School will be an in-person event this year, from 8:30 to noon, June 13-17. Registration forms now are available for kids and volunteers.
VBS is for kids who will enter kindergarten in Fall 2023 through those who are currently in 5th grade/entering 6th grade in Fall 2022. All those entering 7th grade and older can participate as a volunteer.
Our theme is “Go Tell It On The Mountain,” featuring five Bible stories about mountain experiences. The stories will be presented by youth and adult volunteers, following scripts created by Myrna Farraj. Our singing time will be led by guitarist Dave Duys. The schedule features rotation stations focusing on art, science, and a service project, as well as outdoor play time, small group time, and a snack.
The VBS registration fee is $10 for the week if paid by May 31, and $25 for the week if paid after May 31. The fee covers snacks and all materials. Families don't have to be members of St. Andrew to attend VBS--all are welcome!
We will offer early morning care with breakfast (7:30 to 8:30 am) for an extra fee of $5/day/child. We also will offer nursery care for volunteers' children who are too young to attend a VBS class.
